Programming Services

From Web pages to interactive titles to custom databases and applications, Stephen Marinick Electronic Media produces programming solutions that define the cutting edge. Complementing my own skills is a team of some of the finest programmers in the United States, each a specialist in his or her field.

These samples contain links to Web pages and short, low-res excerpts from other projects. To see these and other programming samples in their final form, email us and we'll FedEx you CD-ROMs or disks.

    Web/HTML

Designed by Fervor Creative and implemented by Stephen Marinick, this cutting-edge site makes full use of Macromedia Flash animation, JavaScript and other state-of-the-art Web technology.
Though BVA has made some changes to their Web site since it was first installed, the basic design and JavaScript interactivity are still in tact.
This promotional Web site for Cable One uses JavaScript and RealMedia technology to deliver video content. I did all the 3D illustration, design, programming and even the music!
I did all the design, programming and audio for this 1996 site. Since the conference was date-dependent the site is no longer active, but I have served parts of it here. This version requires the Shockwave plugin and Netscape version 3.0 or later.
The Web site for independent record label Blast Furnace Records. This highly experimental site is currently under construction, and uses frames and other Browser-specific technology extensively so proceed at your own risk!
The Hooks for Hands Web Site is devoted to one of my music projects, an industrial/electronic hybrid. That's what I like to do when I'm not doing what you see here. The site features streaming audio clips via the Shockwave plugin.
    Interactive/CD-ROM

Kiosk for City of Phoenix South Mountain Park. This excerpt shows the 3D rotating model of the mountain, interactivity and music I created for this elaborate visitor's kiosk. Netscape version 3.0 or later and the Shockwave plugin are required (900k Shockwave.)
This screen saver was created for Cable One as a promotional item for their offices. This was another "do it all" project where we provided illustrations, music and programming. Netscape version 3.0 or later and the Shockwave plugin are required (850k Shockwave.)
Interactive presentation for Xantel. This piece was projected onto a telecom trade show screen in March 1997, with voice talent providing live narration. This self-contained version uses a recorded voice over. Netscape version 3.0 or later and the Shockwave plugin are required (209k Shockwave.)
Interactive office layout planner allows you to try different layouts by dragging furniture around a virtual room. Requires Netscape version 3.0 or later, and the Shockwave plugin (55k Shockwave.)
Nut Shortage is an extremely violent and juvenile Shockwave game involving mutant killer squirrels. In addition to being a good way to blow off steam, this game is my test bed for new Lingo ideas (209k Shockwave.)
Interactive version of SHR Perceptual Management's award-winning "Seeing is Believing" brochure (176k Shockwave excerpt.)
